I didn't break my ankle!!

But I nearly did.

I went to step mix last night with Rachael and met up with Tara and Sue while I was there which was pretty cool. I didn't throw a hissy fit like I did last time (2 weeks ago) and I didn't even get frustrated. I think I am learning the names of stuff and my legs are actually not listning to my brain and getting it right, wich i think is very interesting and may need some more research done into investigating the matter.

Tomorow is weigh in day. The thing is I have been following the points plan and Jemma and I have walked every morning since Saturday but I don't think I am any lighter. I think I have to get rid of the bathroom scales tho. I guess if these ones cost $30 and the ones at WW cost a couple of grand, and they are serviced regularly I think I shoul trust them a little more.

Well its REV tonight and I havn't been in a long while so I'm guessing it will completely tire me out, but as I say you havn't sweated untill you've done a REV class. Its brutal but brilliant. The gym has made a new room for the REV bikes so now we don't have to pass through the swetty weights room to get to it wich is great. It aso means I don't have to walk down stairs as this becomes a problem when you get all wobbly as there is no glucose left in your system as you have just gone mad and burnt it all off. Good way to increase your fitness tho.

I'm touched

First I would like to say a very big thank you to Nat as she sent me my birthday present yesterday and they were wonderful. She made me a scarf and a pair of wrist warmers that she had made. She also dyed the wool for the wrist warmers herself, tallented bugger.

Plans are underway for Ricks birthday party on the 27th of May, being a Saturday I'm sure it will be wonderful. I hope he likes his present as I put it on layby ages ago and paid it off last week. The only problem is, is that he now keeps asking for it all the time! But I figured I could give him it the day before his birthday and it wouldn't be too bad. Jemma, Tim and I also have a suprise for him on his birthday night so I hope he's not too hungover to appreciate it. I think that will be my biggest job, keeping him tiddly but not too drunk.

I think I am procrastinating. I have tow reviews to do and a Marsden Proposal due next week. On Thursday and Friday respectively. The two weeks after that I have my first of two biochem exams and a stats assignment due. The stats assignment is a pain in the bottom but I really need to get it sorted before my exam even starts as I have to study lots.

Must go do work!!!

Wednesday nights. . .

Well it started off as a typical Wednesday night in the land of fuzzy hazy-ness that has taken over my head when Jemma came around and we went to Weight Watchers together. The leader seems cool, the first thing she said was that she had no shoes on and that her stockings were mismatched. Interesting . . . I think so. Jemma was probably wondering what she had let herself in for and at this particular point I had too hehe. But it all awent smoothly and I found out I don't have to loose too much weight to finally be back in the 'healthy' weight range. Yay for me. I can't wait to get to goal and not have to pay lots of dollars to go there. I plan to really silence thoes demons this time and I can't wait to do it!

The summary didn't quite go as planned but thats ok I can fix it for next week when we have to do another one yay!

Its been a long time . . .

Well hello there darlin'

As you can see I have been watchin too many informercials today as I have been rather poorly. Hehe and I have been very slack with the blog due to my hectic lifestyle. I have begun my job at Glassons and am doing quite well, on Sunday I sold $55oo worth of clothes of wich I am quite proud relly.

I have made a commitment to my friend Jemma to go back to weightwatchers as I am taking her along for the first time tonight. I might have had a bit too much cold medication in me when I agreed to this but I think it will work out for the best in the long run. I need to make a lasting commitment and I think helping Jemma and her helping me, I can and will do it.

Ricks brother is staying with us at the moment and its interesting how someone can consume so much alcohol and not feel it in the morning. On the subject of alcohol I had a couple of drinks in the weekend (probably why I got sick) and went out to Alexs' 21st party. It was great and I had a fun time. Now all the management at Glassons has changed and it will be interesting how everything turns out. For those that don't know Alex was the 3IC at Glassons and the Manager and 2IC have both moved on aswell.

Enough about work, I have a presentation to do tomorrow about a paper called "Identification of genes subject to positive selaction in uropathogenic strains of Escherichia coli: A comparative genomics approach." Sounds like fun ha! Well better get back to it and find some references.

And to all those that were wondering (hoping?)(hehe) that I had fallen off the face of the earth, it is not to be I am alive (partially) and kicking (haha).
